Anyone with UARS here?
Hi everyone!
I've been searching for answers on what to look for in Sleepyhead to ascertain whether my therapy is working properly. Is it flow rate, tidal volume, something else? And yes, I was diagnosed with UARS after my sleep study.

Welcome to to Apnea Board, Johnny!
Until someone responds to your UARS question, you also might want to read through #robysue. Also, I'm moving this thread to the Main Forum, because your questions aren't software related, but rather how to interpret the data.

Holy Crow Johnny Ten Fingers,
You must be really young to still have all ten fingers! Welcome to the board. You can look at the following; Apnea events Pressure ( if you have an auto machine running in auto mode) Leak rate Flow limitations Snores If researching specific problem then; Flow rate Mask pressure or high sample rate pressure Using a Resmed machine you want to maintain your leakage rate below 24 l/min most of the time. With leak rates in good shape, your apnea events will be meaningful. look for grouping or time taken by the event, which you can find on the left under the events tab. Short or ungrouped events are not necessarily meaningful. There is a lot of very good information on Sleepyhead in our Wiki under Beginners Guide to Sleepyheadat the following location http://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.php...SleepyHead Enjoy. Best Regards, PaytonA
