Anywhere comparable to Apnea Board for CBT-I
Hi folks, this place is truly an amazing resource for xPAP users.

I am wondering if there is an equivalent community for people to share their sleep data Pulse/Ox/Motion for those of us that are working through a course of CBT-I?

RE: Anywhere comparable to Apnea Board for CBT-I
Essentially to share pulse, ox, motion, bp, body temp etc. sleep data from wearables like the Wellue SleepU, Ring-X, Ringconn, Velia, Oura et al.

Here is an example from the SleepU.

Are there any open source analysis tools like OSCAR for the likes of these devices?
Understood OSCAR can import Wellue data.
Is there a community / FOSS software suite more focused on CBT-I?
