What can I do about positional events? I sleep belly up all the time. I've wanted to sleep belly down but the way my face is shaped just conflicts with the mask and causes leaks, no matter the mask.

What EPAP raise would you recommend me to go to?

RE: New to the board, not CPAP.
Hi everyone happy new year. Ever since my last update where I increased the P.S or whatever I did I noticed my sleep improved; I was't waking up anymore and waking up at a later time sleeping more. My daytime drowsiness also faded in the sense where I don't feel sleepy around midday anymore or after eating, not as much at least. My days have been more productive and I'm loving the results. I know I can only keep improving so my last time bothering yall, how do I keep improving from here? Do I mess with the EPAP settings or the PS settings?
Here are some screenshots from the past week and a halfish

Nothing in those charts suggests a change is needed. Very good results with a bit of a slip on 1/10. Your feedback confirms this is good therapy for you and how you feel. You have done a great job listening to your needs and adjusting accordingly. I'm not even going to get in the middle of that.

RE: New to the board, not CPAP.
Hi all So since my last post a few posts back where I felt good, once again I am starting to feel a difference in change in a bad way. Since a month ago aprox, keeping the same settings I had all the time, besides moving the PS from 4 to 5, I feel like I'm waking up earlier than before and feeling unrested. I don't feel as bad as before I got the BiPAP but I feel like my got used to the feel good settings/the last settings I had updated the machine to as I was adviced to, the ones that were making me wake up less in the middle of the night and make me feel refreshed in the morning. Now I wake up in the middle of sleep at the times and just feel tired. Is there such thing as getting used to the new settings and going back to bad? Please help I'm gonna try to order a new nose piece for my machine, maybe that will help.

I don't see anything out of the ordinary. Maybe you need to look elsewhere. How old is your mattress and pillow(s)? When was the last time you had a complete medical and blood workup?
