Apnea? Interpreting Oximeter data with Sleepyhead
Hi All,

First post, be gentle :-)

I got the data from my CMS50-D imported into Sleepyhead. I have about 5 hours of data from last night. I'm trying to figure out if I have Apnea.

I looked at the Wiki and there's a wealth of info on interpreting CPAP data, but I didn't see anything on interpreting Oximeter data. Maybe I missed it, or a FAQ somewhere.

Can anyone comment on the data?

Average SpO2 % 94.67
Min SpO2 % 88.00
SpO2 Drop Index 4.96
% of time in SpO2 Drop 3.10%

Average Pulse Rate 45.26
Min Pulse Rate 36.00
Max Pulse Rate 104.00
Pulse Change Index 12.88

Channel--Avg---Min---Med---95%---Max
Pulse---- RateHeart rate in beats per minute (bpm)
----------45.26---36.00---44.0---54.00---104.00
SpO2Blood-oxygen saturation percentage (%)
----------94.67---88.00---95.00---97.00---99.00

Thanks much!
Mark
