Nights without the SD card in my Dreamstation

Nights without the SD card in my Dreamstation
When switching the SD card between the Dreamstation and my computer I sometime forget to insert the SD card in the Dreamstation.

IT seems that some of the data are stored on the machine and then transferred to the SD card when inserted.

However, not all data are stored or transferred. Is there a way to get all the data transferred or are the data lost due to lack og data storage capacity on the Dreamstation?

Both the ResMed and Respironics machines retain summary data in the machine, but the minute by minute flow rate and pressure data are lost if there is no SD card present.

Or if you forget to move the write-protect slide back to the correct position.
