Consistently 0 AHI, but feel the same?

Consistently 0 AHI, but feel the same?
Diagnosed with like 15AHI/RDI (in-lab), ended up getting BiPAP (self-titrated, IPAP: ~13, EPAP: 8, PS: 4). Anyways, everything to me looks normal, low AHI, low leaks, low flow limitations, but somehow I still feel just almost as exhausted (unrefreshed sleep, headache, etc.) as if I wasn't using the BiPAP. I've used this machine for months now, but no difference.

I only feel about 20% better on BIPAP vs no machine at all, and that varies, somedays even on BIPAP it's just as bad.

I get around 8-9 hours a sleep a day, so I don't really ever feel "sleepy" or have "daytime sleepiness" but I am just very tired throughout the day, and especially in the morning couple hours I am very exhausted. Throughout the day though I start feeling better and better, and usually near the night I feel the least tired (lol).

EDIT: This is probably relevant, but I still find myself even with the mask on and 0AHI waking up with my tongue sort of back in the mouth, maybe blocking my airway in a way where nasal breathing isn't really obstructed, just mouth breathing, idk. But also, I have tried mouth taping, and stuff never helped.

The point is I still feel very unrefreshed regardless of OSCAR looking good, and very low AHI.

Any ideas?

Because your pressure function is so flat and your reported figures are nearly perfect, one might suspect that you are overpressurizing. What do you think? You self-titrated, right?

By self-titrated, I mean through the Apneaboard people helped me get these settings. If I go lower I think my flow limitations increase, but I could try.

Speaking for myself I have always found the lowest pressure I can treat my apnea has been the best.  Your settings PS 4 Min 7.4 means your min is 11.4 (Min + PS).  I would try a min of 5 and see how that helps.  That would give you a min 9 (inhale) with an exhale of 5...
