CAs on OSCAR

RE: CAs on OSCAR
The ResMed machines are better at Auto function such as pressure than for example Philips Respironics machines. The PR responds slower compared to ResMed, and is more like a reactionary than proactive. Best answer is both need tuned to you. Pressure at default may be too low for most, and especially so if you attempt to add EPR. This EPR will not work full time unless you're at a minimum of low pressure of 4 plus the number of EPR added to it. EPR 1 works with Minimum 5, EPR 2 with Min 6, EPR 3 Min 7.

I'm old school mechanic to an extent. The carburetor from Holley had to be tuned for idle per vehicle, even when 2 Mustangs were to have the same carburetor, settings were unique to the car.

 Here you go.

Here's another one where the flow spike coincides closely with a CA

The first one is an arousal, the second is an arousal followed by you holding your breath which is the central (not a true central)

Gotcha.  Any clues as to the causes here?

I didn't see any indication of cause.
