Cheyne Stokes Respiration?

RE: Cheyne Stokes Respiration?
On OSCAR it shows as CSR only because that is what ResMed calls it. As SR said it only causes confusion.

Is it considered bad form to post one's own chart related to the topic (i.e example of CSR)? I am not exactly sure the best way to do this (several entries on the same topic or a thread of different people's questions on the same topic).

If your info is related and can help the OP, it should be OK. If however it's to get help then your own thread is best.
INFORMATION ON APNEA BOARD FORUMS OR ON APNEABOARD.COM SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED MEDICAL ADVICE. ALWAYS SEEK THE ADVICE OF A PHYSICIAN BEFORE SEEKING TREATMENT FOR MEDICAL CONDITIONS, INCLUDING SLEEP APNEA. INFORMATION POSTED ON THE APNEA BOARD WEBSITE AND FORUMS ARE PERSONAL OPINION ONLY AND NOT NECESSARILY A STATEMENT OF FACT.

Coldfeet7, it's usually best to start your own thread. While the problems are often related, the individual solutions can get confusing when mixed together.

Huh WHY I  was going have a go and Post Screen Dump as mine more recently giving  randomly CSR
  •  8/6   2.64%  21min
  •  6/6 11.02%  23min + 21 min + 18 min total =62min  ?
  •  4/6   2.45%  15min
  •  2/6   3.77%  18min
  •  1/6   3.03%  14min
  • 31/5  9.11%   23min
  • 29/5 24.13%  19min+15min+16min+24min+25min+20min+16min= 110min ??

Yet I have also in addition turning down my Max Pressure previous i had it set Max open then counted down maximum from pressure 11 but in effort to reduce CA that has been climbing and have got my maximum press to Max low 6cm

Last Night AHI 1.94 which included CA that got also down 1.25 but do notice thinking the do longer 90min walks have better sleeps and obviously much lower CA than the days lazy around, but also wondering if that is Junk Sleep

RE: Cheyne Stokes Respiration?
What about when you're not using EPR at all this has shown up twice in the past once when I increase my pressure way too high as an experiment from something that someone told me to do

And last night it did it when I only slept for maybe 2 hours it done it for so many seconds but this was after my surgery that I had on my tonsils soft pallet and uvula I've been off CPAP for 2 weeks and I just now started trying to use it again I'm having problems using it and I've been having periodic breathing problems for a while now with the CPAP I had this thing called onset transition apnea that only really happens whenever I use the CPAP I can fall asleep a lot easier without the CPAP and not have transition apnea but I can't breathe without the CPAP, first time I complained of transition apnea was 7 months ago.. after my sleep deprivation caught up with me and taking too many sleep aids I started having the jolts and jerks away while I was sleeping with my CPAP and it was even doing it without the CPAP now... they done echocardiogram and other tests and said I don't have heart problems, but I also lost a lot of weight around that time and they've done another sleep study and said my OSA went down but there was no central apnea...7 months later I had lost more weight and then I done this tonsil surgery and now I can't even use a CPAP really I heard that the UPP surgery makes CPAP usage worse now I'm screwed.... But ever since my surgery I've tried to use my CPAP twice and every time I use my CPAP I wake up with sleep paralysis I can't move or breathe or I have a nightmare I was having nightmares to 2 weeks before I started using my CPAP again while I was recovering from tonsillectomy because they told me not to use it I was having nightmares because of low oxygen from my sensor ring but even now when I use the CPAP I don't have a sleep study yet The sleep study is tomorrow but I don't know if it's too soon because my throat is still healing it's not hurting anymore but I don't know if it's all the way open but every time I use CPAP now I can't fall asleep and if I do fall asleep I wake up feeling paralyzed like something is choking me I can't move or breathe until I snap out of it

This picture last night was from me having a nightmare that some kind of ghost was controlling my CPAP and holding me down then I woke up and I couldn't move or breathe for a second and then I got this stupid green stuff again when they already told me 7 months ago I don't have Central avenue and they done those tests I think the surgery done something

I can barely sleep without the CPAP I can fall asleep a lot easier without it but I keep having my '02 drop for some reason even after the surgery it's been 10 days or more I don't know if it hurt me or helped me I can fall asleep and get a little bit of sleep wake up with low oxygen saturation and a headache force myself to go back to sleep Wake up again with more low oxygen and a headache or it's myself to go back to sleep and after a few times every night of forcing myself to sleep naturally I somehow get a little bit of sleep and feel okay but then I try to put the CPAP on to stop all that from happening so I can breathe naturally but it's hard to fall asleep with the CPAP I have breathing abnormalities when I use the CPAP and I have nightmares and wake up feeling paralyzed when I use the CPAP now after the surgery
