AirSense 10 Moaning

My Resmed AirSense 10 frequently makes a "moaning" or "squealing" sounds when I use it. It appears to that there is a problem between the humidifier cartridge and the silicon seal(s) to the CPAP machine. I can usually make the moaning go away if I hold my hand on the humidifier cartridge and/or pull the cartridge in/out multiple times. 

Have others had this same problem and if so, how did you resolve it. I am wondering if these silicon seals can be replaced.

if it is under under warranty I'd take it back, it seems a common enough problem, that has been posted about.

My 6 month old unit was doing that. It was replaced by the manufacturer.
