BiPAP: AirCurve 10 vs 11?

BiPAP: AirCurve 10 vs 11?
I've been prescribed a BiPAP machine, and the order is in for approval by my insurance company.  I'm wondering whether I should ask for the 10 or 11.  I've been using the AirSense 10, which I chose over the 11 based on information here.  I like it very much; it's quiet and the water compartment is larger.  Now that it's winter, I need to start the night with a fairly full water compartment or it runs out.  From pictures I think that the AirCurve 11 also has a smaller water compartment.  So I'm leaning toward the 10.

I wasn't able to find reviews of the AirCurve 11 in the product review section.  Does anyone have an opinion?

My provider said I could get either a ten or eleven, and both were in stock. She encouraged me to get the 10 because they have a lot fewer issues with the 10. She claims the 11 has had "reliability issues".

Get another 10 series. I tried a VAuto 11, it was OK not really any issues, but I do think humidity tub seemed smaller than the 10. Besides the 11 has a small touch screen to deal with. Yes, there's some issues reported with the 11, among those are noisier.

Since you have a 10, then all your supplies will fit the new one. Otherwise, you will need new power and ClimateLine parts for the 11.

From a performance point of view, I consider them equal. The 11 series has proven remarkably quiet in spite of the smaller motor. Humidifier capacity is approximately equal and the 11 is lighter and smaller. I have all 10 series devices and as Red said, there are components that can't swap between 10 and 11. I don't see deal-stopping differences regardless of what you choose.
