Bilevel moving backwards
I seem to be moving backwards with my Bi Level. I do use a soft cervical collar and even tape my mouth. I experience severe dry mouth and have to continually work with the humidifier settings. Its hit and miss if the the water tank goes dry. However here are a couple of current session screenshots. Any advise would be much appreciated. My settings have been 10/20 PS 5 this has worked since receiving forum advise.

RE: Bilevel moving backwards
You appear to have the Positional Apnea pattern with Apnea event clusters. Also there's some high leaks that need addressed.
Links to wiki for these. Positional Apnea: https://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.ph...onal_Apnea Mask Primer: https://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.ph...ask_Primer

RE: Bilevel moving backwards
Your flow limits are too high. I suggest raising your PS setting to 6 instead of 5. That's what I had to do to get mine lower.

RE: Bilevel moving backwards
Thanks for the input. I do all the things needed so I thought. I wear and have worn the Soft Cervical Collar. I tape my mouth closed. I go to bed looking like Hannibal Lecter. I know my mask leaks are increasing, not sure why. I have worn this mask for years. I have raised my pressure support to 6. I was steady for months at 12/20 PS 5. I guess I will continue to try all suggestions. Dam Apnea can be a real pain. Thanks.
