Bipap Titration Unsuccessful, ASV study is nexy
A Bipap sleep study (8/12/2023) was set up because my CPAP machine was recording a fair amount of Cheyne-Stokes Respiration events. This particular study didn't resolve my central apnea issues. (Attached is the report, minus personal data.) The sleep doctor recommended an ASV Titration. I'm waiting to hear from the scheduling nurse.
My question: In the interim, should I just stay on my current therapy of APAP, 12-15 pressure? Looks like I'll have to attach a screenshot from OSCAR in another post. Thanks so much.

My feeling is to keep using your machine until your ASV titration is scheduled.
Please post a couple screenshots that show the CSR.

How long have you been using these settings? Given the close proximity of events have you ruled out positional apnea?
Have you tried constant pressure at 14cmH20 w/ EPR 2? It looks like to me your minimum pressure is too low.

Early in 2023, I tried CPAP pressure of 14 for about a month. It was extremely uncomfortable. I went back to 12cmH20. Then I got advice from this Apnea Board around mid-March, and changed to APAP using 12-16 cmH20, EPR 2. Pressure was taken down a notch to 12-15. It was also recommended that I get a sturdier pillow, so I'm using the Tuft & Needle Original Foam pillow, which is quite nice.
I don't tolerate high pressures in CPAP mode very well, so I'll just keep my current settings. Thanks so much for your time.

What I'm seeing is Positional Apnea. Look at the events graphs where the apneas are clumped together. You are sleeping in a way that's causing you to allow your head to fall forward into your chest area, sort of like a kink in a hose that cuts off water flow, your air flow is being cut off.
A too tall or using more than one pillow can cause this to happen. It's possible to experience this on your back or side. Many people use a soft cervical collar to help keep their head/neck from falling forward. I and others here that side sleep have used a corner of our pillow to prop under our chin. Try to make yourself more aware of "chin tucking".
Just know that raising your minimum pressure won't help with positional apnea. No pressure can blast through that.

As far as the CSR, it probably isn't. Unless you see this pattern more often, I wouldn't be concerned. Plus ResMed uses the label CSR, but is more than likely Periodic Breathing.

Everything I see in your graphs is obstructive positional apnea, not central. I agree with the previous comments. Please read the Soft Cervical Collar wiki linked in my signature, and the Positional Apnea wiki liked by Rose above.
