Brand New - help please
I have been using the CPAP machine for about a month. I have played around a bit with things from reading on here, but alas, I am not sleeping well, nor feeling rested. I'm looking for some help ... last night I must have pulled it off a couple hours in, so the attached is my chart from a day last week. Thank you fam x

RE: Brand New - help please
Welcome

Your pressure is too low for most adults and is preventing your EPR from working properly. I suggest that you raise it to 7 to 10. Try that, post again in a day or two, and tell us how you feel.

Best of luck! Smile

Thank you Deborah, much appreciated! I had raised my numbers a few weeks ago, but thought it was too high, as I was extra gassy, my lungs felt sore and CA went up. I've taken your advice however and will try again and report back in a day or two.

Thanks
