That said a lot.  See how your CA events went down.  That is what we wanted to see.  Your obstructive events went up a bit.

Your AHI is under 5 which technically says that you are treated.  From here on I would recommend small changes, smaller than what I would normally use.  So only .2 changes and 3 to 7 days for changes to settle in, including this one.  A single day does not make trend.

The ROT is to raise Pressure for Obstructive events and Lower pressure for CA events, a bit of a conflict and a balancing act.

If you were to change pressure now I would try .2 higher.  These are small changes to tweak the result.

And, very important, how do you feel?

I like it! As bonjour said, keep the same or add 0.5 cm. A little bit can go a long way.

Resmed changes pressure in .2 increments, and I'm pretty sure Philips has .5 increments.

hi guys - thank you for your reply and help, indeed feeling much better.

Yes, I might try 0.5 higher to reduce the obstructive events but will keep an eye out whether this increases the central events. I will keep you updated.

It is a bit of trial and error.  Just make small adjustments and see what happens.  If things get worse, go back to where you got the best results.
