[CPAP] Apex XT Fit CPAP Provider Menu- How to access?

Does anyone know how to access the Provider Menu for a CPAP Apex XT Fit CPAP (patient got it in 1992)  manually?
   We are unable to download from device because the old software or even OSCAR will take forever for our IT department to get around to loading it.

I am trying to get enough data like the AHI, and compliance data to show patient is using so insurance will pay for a new machine.

i think the software is available here if you want to load it yourself but no idea how to access directly.
