Very high flow limits between 2:40 and 3:30 compared to very low flow limits after 3:30 at the same settings, suggests that there is a positional element at play in obstruction. I did not expect that you would see this level of efficacy and lack of events with CPAP. Just amazing!

Great to hear, I will try tonight a specially designed backpack filled with air, since I also wake up on my back and my think it may have something to do with that. I will keep you updatet!

well the CA Clusters started rising again, got any ideas left? I already have an appointment for ASV titration in a month
