Data Questions
Hi Everyone,
I have a recalled dream station APAP I bought certified refurbished from the local DME just before COVID. I got frustrated with it and the sleep clinic as my pressure was nearly doubled and the NP just seemed to blow it off. I eventually gave up.
Due to symptoms from lack of treatment and wanting to get a new RX so I can buy a ResMed machine I saw a new sleep doctor. Of course was told to loose weight (I do need to do that) and that he thinks I need a BIPAP instead. He had me go get the pressure changed from being 14 to 5-20 for him to get data and go from there on pressure and whether to write for a new APAP or BIPAP.
After importing the OSCAR data it appears I have a high leak rate if I am looking at this well. Should I wait until I get an actual range or try to fix now? Mask seems fine when I first lay down but I wake up in the night and adjust it. After waking up and pulling the mask off my nose is sore at first so I imagine it moves and pushes towards my nostrils. I am going to talk to him about feeling like I don't sleep the whole night or have light sleep.
Thanks for any and all help. I have attached the last 3 nights OSCAR data.
