In CPAP automode (airsense 10) I have had a few good nights, average pressure is 14.2. I am not overweight but have obstructions and deviated septum, large tonsils, etc., so i know that i need a substantial amount of pressure to have a chance of a decent night.
I recently also purchased the Aircurve 11 and used it for the first time last night in S mode. It didn't work very well, I dont think. Ended up changing back to CPAP mode and fixed pressure of 14.
First image is when I started in Bipap S mode with IPAP 14 and EPAP 10. Woke up after 2 hours, changed to CPAP mode bec didnt feel right, set pressure of 14, since 14.2 is my avg CPAP pressure in Auto mode on Airsense 10.
Best sleep so far, and it is hit and miss, is CPAP on airsense 10 with Max pressure 15 and Min pressure 13. Masks leaks are an issue though and every morning I wake up with a red sore spot on bridge of my nose from having the mask cranked down. I think it is bec. I am between a Med. and Large size. Long narrow face.
