Resmed Repair in Australia
Hi All
I am wondering if anyone knows of a repairer in Australia who can repair a US imported S10 autoset? Or do I need to send it back to the US??

G'day Reepa. Welcome to Apnea Board.
You might like to try Electro Medical Group, who are a subsidiary of Paragon Care. When my Resmed developed a fault EMG did the warranty work, so I know they're approved by Resmed. Whether they will work on a foreign machine is another matter, but it's worth giving them a call. 1300 246 633

Provided it doesn't contravene any contract they might have with Resmed (unlikely), I can't see why a repairer would turn an out-of-warranty (therefore chargeable) repair away.

In germany you just send in your machine to the contractor or to resmed directly, doesn't matter where you bought it, you pay for repairs yourself too.
