[CPAP] First 2 Nights of CPAP (help?)

First 2 Nights of CPAP (help?)
So I was just diagnosed with sleep apnea as of recently, and I receive my prescripted CPAP soon. My grandmother had a brand new (but, 6 years old, in-box) Resmed Auto 10 and P10 Pillows that I decided to set and use early (until I get mine). My prescription is the generic 5-20 pressure but I started a little differently. The second night (AHI 6) was a bit better with lower pressures. I can't figure out what's going on with these apnea spikes around the 5:00 AM area. I haven't been mouth taping yet (I'd probably rather go full-face than that) and didn't know if that's a cause of this too. Or possibly a lower, set pressure?

I started researching about Oscar but don't know enough to pick up on some detailed events or things happening specifically. Oscar results attached, thank you for any help.

RE: First 2 Nights of CPAP (help?)
1. You are definitely mouth leaking substantially and your device is not able to compensate.

2. You're also experiencing positional apnea which is typically chin tucking in REM which obstructs your airway. You can tell positional apnea by the close proximity of events in clusters.

Once you solve mouth leak and your positional issue your therapy will be much better.
