You should be able to access ramp time in the menu. Example ResMed has time and pressure settings for it.

Auto Ramp attempts to determine when you've fallen asleep. It will then transition to therapy settings.

OK, decent numbers on the chart. How did the therapy feel with this setup?
If it trends with decent numbers, and you're feeling good for therapy, run with it a few days.

Feeling pretty good! Now that I’m a week or two in, I can tell I’m not as tired. Usually I would wake up still sleepy but lately I’m able to get up and go which is so foreign to me.
I’ve also gotten used to the sensation of air blowing through my nose - it’s nearly undetectable now. A couple times I’ve had to check the CPAP screen to make sure it’s on Thanks for the guidance! |
