Not bad - especially when you ignore the lack of treatment caused by ramp.  
I dislike ramp since it delays treatment and I want to know my mask is fitting well before I fall asleep.

I'm no Guru but it depends on the persons height and ideal weight. Even at that there's no set number just a ballpark range.
