New to Oscar-recommendations needed
Hi guys, thanks for being available to help a noob like me. I was diagnosed with OSA in August 2023. I've used my Resmend Airsense 11 ever since being prescribed. As you can imagine I've had limited support from my care team and found out about Oscar recently. I would like to optimize my treatment best I can because as of late I've been tired in the morning and mid-day. Are there any setting changes you can recommend?

Your data looks pretty good, except for the minimum pressure setting.
I would like to see you change the minimum setting to 7cm and lower the maximum to 12cm. This gives you a narrower range of pressure and limits that roller coaster effect on the graph. A low setting of 5 can cause you to feel air starved and doesn't give the EPR room to work. For now, keep the EPR setting at 2 full time. Another reason to move the minimum from 5 to 7 is that you are experiencing a lot of snores. This alone indicates your pressure is set too low. On the 1/7 chart, note the clump of Obstructives around 6am. This is what we call Positional Apnea. You probably got yourself into a position that cuts off your air, something like chin tucking. Note that the machine attempted to raise the pressure, but no amount of pressure will blast through that. It's not bad at all, as you only had that one cluster, but just keep watch on it. Summary: Minimum pressure 7cm Maximum pressure 12cm EPR set at 2 Repost after a few days.
