This may or may not work for you.  Supplier 2 BUYS and sells used machines.  You could sell them your old dreamstation and buy a new ResMed, maybe for not to much more.  2nd option put your dreamstation on Craigs list to sell and by used from supplier 2.  I purchased my VAUTO from them and it only had 1 months of use.  Great company and great machine.

Update: I got my DME to accept store credit for my dreamstation so I can get the resmed VPAP machine! Now I just need the doctor to write a new script and convince my parents lmfao.
