New to cpap! Just wondering if my data looks ok so far
Hello all, I'm only on day 10 or so of starting treatment and I was just wondering how my data looks already. I had a one week follow up which was basically "numbers look good" and "how does the mask fit" haha. I used an o2 ring last night to add into oscar as well just for some fun. I'm still learning about the machine so I haven't made any changes except turning the ramp feature off. Overall I haven't had much issue sleeping, really only woke up once a night so far getting adjusted.

RE: New to cpap! Just wondering if my data looks ok so far
Welcome

I suggest that you raise your beginning pressure setting to 7.  At 5 you are not using enough pressure to support your EPR setting, and most adults are more comfortable with a beginning pressure of at least 7.

You are doing a great job!  You don't have leaks that are interfering with your treatment, you are sleeping a good number of hours, and you are not using ramp.  Good for you.  Smile
Machine:  ResMed AirCurve 10 Vauto
Mask:  Bleep DreamPort Sleep Solution
