CPAP + Oral Appliance = Leaks

CPAP + Oral Appliance = Leaks
I've been having trouble sleeping with my CPAP because my nose feels stuffy.
It feels better when I jut my lower jaw forward. A doctor scanned me and said that this is my main anatomical problem related to OA.
So I tried sleeping with my oral appliance.
But now I have air shooting out my mouth randomly.

Is there a quick solution to this?
I also have been sleeping with a cervical collar.
