I'm still not up to snuff in understanding my data
I'm feeling better and sleeping better so thats my bottom line.
It appears that the machine is getting rid of the OAs and hyponeas
but leaving me with centrals. Nothing to worry about.
However my O2 levels acc to titration are in the low 90s like 90 but I asked the doctor if I could bring the 02 levels up and he said no because that would involve supplemental O2 which Medicare won't pay for unless
your 02 is in the low 80s.
My AHI last two nights was 0.01 the events all central.
What say you?

Everything looks good to me according to the data you posted. Your S9 Auto set will not treat central events.

Are a small number of central events normal in this situation?

that is a question better answered by seeing your data. IMHO, they are so low that, for me, I wouldn't worry about it. It could happen because you are just going to sleep or just waking up or some reason like that. If you were having all centrals or mixed events and your total events for the nights were high and your centrals were high and this was consistently happening most, if not all, nights, then I would call your doc. So far, from what you posted, that isn't happening. JMHO.
