Oscar data interpretation please.

Oscar data interpretation please.
Hi everyone.

I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea in May this year and have been using CPAP ever since then. Ive found a mask I like, have tweaked things a bit but I would like to know if there is anything else I can do that is better. Occasionally I have taken my mask off at night without me even noticing it.

I ahve attached a few screenshots from 3 random days recently. Any tips would be fantastic.

I do feel better than I do before starting the therapy, but some days, and it seems for no reason, I feel so tired similar to how I was before treatment.

Cheers  Thanks

I suggest you set your minimum pressure to 11. I trust you on EPR=3. If not, increase it. Other settings should not be altered.
