[CPAP] Still feeling exhausted, labored breathing during the day

Still feeling exhausted, labored breathing during the day
Hello Everyone, I'm back. CPAP therapy has been going pretty well mostly, but Im still feeling exhausted and having to take a lot of deep breaths during the day. Feeling like an Elephant sat on my head towards late afternoon. My FL looks great but its the inspiratory plateaus (in between inhaling that concern me). This goes on every night. Still wearing the soft cervical collar to keep my chin from tucking. I'm curious what everyone thinks. Thanks!

CPAP settings: fixed pressure at 14cm EPR 1

You still have a large amount of positional apnea.  Maybe your collar is not the correct size.  The main measurement is the distance between your chin and your sternum that measurement is the height of the collar.  You also have large flow limits.  I would try a night with the EPR full time (that is already set correctly) and EPR 3.

Thank you Stacey Burke, should I also keep my pressure set to 14cm?

Have you trialed the AutoSet mode which gives a pressure range? I'd give that AutoSet mode a try with minimum between 12-14 and Max at 20.

This itself isn't going to negate the collar needed.

Attach OSCAR, etc.

I have, but I can retry Auto Set mode and those pressure settings. Should I keep my EPR at 3 still?
