New mask Results
Good morning, Folks. This is the data from first night with a Dreamware mask I got yesterday. I find it comfy and didnt seem to be as leak prone as the P10 was.

I still have a helluva hard time falling asleep and need the 1/2 Ambien to get going. The first part of the data up until roughly 00:00 is while im still awake and I have still these events where I get these rushes and my BP goes up for about 5 seconds. I used a recording oximeter which shows some desats down to around 89-90% which I correlate to these events. I feel a little worse than I did yesterday. Yesterday GP suggested I cut my thyroid med in half as it may been related to these events.

Thoughts?

Mark

Merry Christmas to all of you good folks out there!

The machine seems to be doing its job.
Focus on the other issues.

You had mentioned withdrawal for other meds. Slow is the way to go.
And, if it were me, I'd only do one at a time. But, it's your doc's call.

Don't worry about desats to 89-90%; heck, I idle at that percentage.

Those rushes are most likely anxiety. There are some very rare conditions that can secrete adrenaline -- one is Pheochromocytoma.

I'm sure your doc will check for that.

Dont think so either. Am working on the others. Anxiety is still a player although the machine doesn't bug me anymore. I like the Dreamware. I dont believe its leaking, I think the graph is within its tolerance..

Doc did say one at a time, and slow also.

GTOdude is obviously not a one at a time type of dude. Just look at all his cars for evidence. Doc is right Stang-Vette-GTOdude you need to rein it in a little. Good going so far though.

Best Regards,

PaytonA
