OSCAR DATA - Interpreting data

OSCAR DATA - Interpreting data
Hello again you guys.... I have a couple questions for you today about Oscar Data.

How is the data interpreted when the following events happen?

A. Coughing
2. Swallowing
3. Deep Breaths in or out
4. Sneezing etc.

I have taken down the number of air leaks by switching from a ResMed F-30i to a Fisher & Paykel - Evora Mask.... the leaks went way down.  My apneas have also decreased by using this mask.  However, I am wondering how this Oscar data (questions above) are effecting me now.  I am attaching my reading from last night.  The Sleep Therapist said that from my initial reading before therapy was 76.4 apneas per hour.... He would of been happy to see them under 10....  I am noticing now that most of them are under 5.  Can I expect any less in the future?

Thank all of you for your time!

RE: OSCAR DATA - Interpreting data
@Reesche

For me -
A. Coughing - A single cough usually shows up as exaggerated sleep wake junk, occasionally if I have a bit of a coughing fit it will throw a small cluster of H, UA or OA flags and a few flow limit spikes and maybe a bump in pressure will happen.
2. Swallowing - A single swallow will sometimes show as a flow limitation but no increase in pressure, repeated swallows, like something caught or itchy will generally cause flow limits to show and small increase in pressure if a flag is thrown. Once for some reason after a series of swallows the thing went to max pressure and I had to turn it off to make it stop.
3. Deep Breaths in or out - For me a long deep sharp inhale will show as a leak spike.
4. Sneezing etc - only sneezed a couple of times and don't recall following it up to see what was shown.
