[CPAP] Waking up in the middle of the night since cpap

RE: Waking up in the middle of the night since cpap
Hi susilosaja,
You charts don't look too bad, but mostly clear airway events, which may settle down in time.

As chill stated, reduce the EPR setting. Unless you have trouble breathing out against pressure, I would turn it down to 1 and see if that helps with the Clear Airways.

You also may do a little better with a minimum pressure at 6. Most feel that anything under 6 is suffocating. And it looks like you could bring down the max pressure too. How about a range of
6 to 13 and EPR of 1. Go with that for a week or so, and see if there is a difference in the C.A's.

With an AHI below 5 the centrals are not concerning and will probably go away if you give them some time. Also, duration matters. If you are having 30 second or 1 minute centrals that would be one thing, but quite another if they were all 10 seconds or just over.

Thanks, I'll try to be more patience. Lot of the CA are between 25-30 secs though. Example from one night :
