Not really.  I have a hiatal hernia that prevents my esophagus from closing.  I have to watch my sleeping position or it will cause all sorts of problems.  Normally, I wake up coughing my head off, without any indigestion.

RE: CPAP and sinus pain
Thank you to everyone. I do take something for GERD and will ask my doctor about the antihistamine spray. What I can’t figure out is why my AHI stayed so high after using the humidifier. It’s normally around 2 to 3 but went up to nine and has been there ever since I tried the humidifier. Even after I’ve stopped using it.
