Was going to post about my data from the following days, but unfortunately the SD Card didn't pick up the data. Basically, through the course of the weeks I have worn the mask I still haven't been able to sleep with the machine with exact same settings. I am in a situation where the re-fund period is going to end soon, and I am not sure that I can keep this machine.
I have worn with the same settings as such:
EPAP Min: 4.0
Max:7.0
PS Min: 1.0
Max: 12.0
I am looking for any new settings as recommended by you all here. I am only going to bump the thread, because I do require assistance in this matter.

Without some guidance from data or how your experience with the ASV is working or not, it is impossible to suggest alternative settings. There are many reasons you would not use default settings of EPAP 4-15 and PS 3-15, and your last posted chart seemed to show decent progress. We only have the one chart with settings and statistics, and a previous chart where that information was not present, but your respiratory flow rate seemed more variable and PS topped out persistently. You can bump this thread all you want, but we're just not clairvoyant to know what problems exist, let alone how to resolve them.

Nearly 1 year worth of conversation and this thread seems to be when it started
Maybe you do not have apnea.
Have another sleep study before your refund period ends.

Alright let me see what's going on with the ASV, for some reason OSCAR won't run any new data since the 10th. Could this be a problem with the machine? The SD card was pushed in all the way in the ASV itself.

Purge the data from last night and try reloading. You should be able to see if there are files on the SD card with that date. If not, then the problem may be with your machine or the SD card.

I fixed it !!! Here are my screenshots, from the 11th and last night. I picked the 11th because it was my longest session with this on and I picked the last nigh5t because it was the most recent:

Me? I'd do take 2 of the pressure set and start a new Titration process from the ResMed book. That ASV is far more capable than this setup allowed. It looks to be locked down with big handcuffs.
