Next step, inform my doc, get the prescription and send it to Supplier #2.

Alright Gents!

I'm back with some results. Take a look at the attached and let me know your thoughts. I've been sleeping really well on the ASV machine. I have had a couple nights with large leaks as I have seen in my sleepyhead charts, however I haven't noticed them during the night. 
Is a Vibratory Snore a big deal? My BIPAP ST machine never recorded that. The third attachment from 11/30 was on the ST machine, the other two are from the ASV. One thing for sure, the data is much more complex on the ASV machine...maybe that's why they call it complex sleep apnea. 
I'm returning my ST machine today to the doc where I bought it from. I picked up the ASV from Supplier #2 and they were wonderful to work with.

The VS is not a problem, and with the hypopnea might point to a need for higher PS Min. The charts are a but perplexing in that EPAP Min is set to 8.0, but the chart and statistics show 6.0, and the maximum PS seems low in that your IPAP is under 14 cm, which suggests PS less than 8, if EPAP is 6.0, or less than 6 if EPAP is 8.0. Glad to hear it's working out better, and how you feel is more significant than the numbers.

The machine settings on the left cannot be trusted as that piece was not finished by Mark, can you confirm the settings on the machine I would suggest the min epap is at less than 8 and needs to be raised maybe by 1cm which should solve the vs and hypopnoea

EPAP Min is at 8.0 which was prescribed. I bumped that up to 8.5 and will give that a shot for a few nights.

I still don’t understand why your epap is so low have you got any flex turned on I think that’s possible on the Philips bilevel machines in addition to ps if you have i suggest turning it off

This machine has "BIFLEX" which was set to "on", and "Flex" set to "2". 
Do you think I should turn those both off? If so, what is your rationale?
