This was my apple watch data from last night. I feel much better today than yesterday but still not as refreshed as I know I can be.

RE: CSA Help
I have requested the original report. My resmed "basic" data (before I put in the SD Card) for past year had minimal Clear Airway events day to day.

I usually do not count events that occur at the start and end of a session due to a lot of Sleep Wake Junk (SWJ), Check out the Wiki about SWJ. Also masks do leak while getting settled. I have learned to get totally settled mask on, several deep breaths, then relax and finally "HOSE ON" Start the session! I am a back sleeper. But I have family that snore while side sleeping, so i suppose that especially during REM Sleep, Apneas are possible.

Thanks for flagging that term. That is interesting. My apple watch has me up 8 times last night. Could it be that each one those wake to sleep sequences would have some associated SWJ. Given my current injury and the fact I cant just roll around from one side to the other (like I did pre injury) its is taking a minute or two to readjust. I purposely started on my side last night and was tired from yesterday that I was out quickly.

I too reference my Apple Watch SE for Sleep, Heart rate, and other health data. As well as compare it to OSCAR Reports. Knowing sleep state explains a lot of event flags. I also use a Welleu "Checkme O2 Max" Pulse/Oximeter/Motion monitor, with ViHealth app on Apple Watch and O2 Insight Pro on the PC. I can correlate Apnea events on OSCAR to O2 drops and heart rate excursions as well as motion. The OSCAR printouts with the O2 Insight Pro print outs make a convincing package to take with me when visiting the Doctor. I watch The Quantified Scientist on YouTube, for monitoring devise evaluations. Check out his other YT videos. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jeng4cLvKkA |
