Calling Mac Users Old MacAir no supported data...again. HELP
HELP!!! So I have a macAir, (2014) I got the 'no supported data' message when I first tried importing a year ago, but then suddenly a few weeks later it worked! Now having been away from Oscar for a few weeks, not only did I lose my profile but got the same message again.
So I Set up a new profile... it would be great to to have my old profile back... but more importantly how do I import the data again?
I have been having to do a copy and paste into new folders each time but this is far from ideal. Thanks Red for replying but as you said Mac is not your thing so is there anybody out there who can help???? I have reinstalled Oscar but no joy! So frustrating!!!! I have tried this so many times, and this has been going on for months!
I am not a techie, so need lovely simple non-techie instructions if possible. I read a previous thread by another MacUser but didn't feel any the wiser!
