Help with self-titrating BiPAP for UARS - low % of spontaneously triggered breaths?

RE: Help with self-titrating BiPAP for UARS - low % of spontaneously triggered breaths?
If it helps clarify things, I recall several European ResMed's with a similar model as the US version, except they'll have settings of the next higher up similar US named machine.

Example European S is somewhat or partially like US ST and Eu ST somewhat like a US ST-A. It's like the European version maybe it's a half to whole step higher with a similar name to the US versions.

I agree that a PS at 9 or more is going to attempt to simulate a ventilator assist action and impact spontaneous breathing negatively.

Bibbooker, feel free to post any charts  where you want my interpretation.  We're trying to interpret the best PS for your needs, and seeing the flow curves associated with different pressure support should help.
