Cannot find ViHeath directory on my phone
Hello.
I'm trying to get the o2ring file from my Android phone to import into OSCAR but I fail to find the file. There is no "/sdcard/PlusebitO2CN" nor "/sdcard/Android/data/com.viatom.vihealth/files/ViHealth/". I found a "/sdcard/Android/media/com.viatom.vihealth/files/ViHealth/" but it's empty.
The data has been sync from my ring to the phone, I can see them in the ViHealth app and I'm able to export to CSV. Unfortunately, OSCAR doesn't support that file format.
My phone is Pixel 6a, running Android 14 and ViHealth 2.75.2.
I wonder if others have the same issue?
Thanks.

My Android uses internal storage and not the SD storage.

Yeah mine too. There is no matching directory in "internal storage" either.
RE: Cannot find ViHeath directory on my phone
Are you viewing the Android directory locally, with the File viewer, or are you connecting it to a PC? In order to see your daily binary files, you must view them within the ViHealth app on the Android first. Otherwise, ViHealth will not extract the data from its database.
Here is my path. The number (17) may be different, I use a SleepU. I believe the directory number is model specific.
Internal Storage/Android//data/com.viatom.vihealth/files/17/host

RE: Cannot find ViHeath directory on my phone
I tried both locally from my phone file explorer and from my computer while the phone is connected via usb.
I opened the report on ViHealth. Tried to open it before and after I connected the phone to my computer but still nothing exported.

Hi Pixel Ninja,
I'm just wondering if you ever found the data? I'm having the same issue...
Thanks,
Tess

RE: Cannot find ViHeath directory on my phone
Update:
I've found the host directory as shown below:
This PC\My Samsung Mobile Phone\Internal storage\Android\data\com.viatom.vihealth\files\10\host
The files in that directory had .dat extensions, as shown in attached image. However, Oscar cannot "see" that type of file.
So, I copied the files to my local computer and renamed the files to remove the .dat from the filename and then used Data -> Import Viatom/Wellue Data in Oscar and the data was successfully imported :-)
It would be useful to add this info to the wiki I think.
Thanks,
Tess
P.S. I'm more than happy to help update the wiki or provide step by step screenshots etc for the wiki if it would be helpful.
RE: Cannot find ViHeath directory on my phone
You must not be running the latest version of OSCAR (1.5.3). On earlier OSCAR versions, you will need to drop the ".dat" from the filename to allow it to load.

Nop, I never found my exported files

Strange, I don't have the directory "com.viatom.vihealth" at that location on my phone. I have a lot of directories related to others app I have on the phone, but nothing related to "viatom" or "vihealth"
RE: Cannot find ViHeath directory on my phone
I posted this previously in the wrong thread lol. Sorry about that!
Anyway, the data files for my old REVVL5G running Android 11 are found in /Android/DATA/com/viatom.vihealth/files/11/Host/
