[split] OSCAR v1.5.2 is Install Problems
I'd like to upgrade from v1.5.1, but the installation fails. Windows 11 on Lenovo laptop. The installation app spins for about 2 seconds, then stops. Had no problem installing v1.5.1 three weeks ago.
