I know full well when you are suffering this malady it is difficult to think in a sound manner. You could quit whining and do what you need to do. I have been hooked three times on painkillers legally prescribed after surgeries.. It happens. You can get through detox. Stress? Mediation may be of great benefit. Soto Zen is one way that helps me. Perhaps you too? I refused cpap therapy for 4 years and guess what? The hole is now 4 years deeper. Be smarter than I was. I wish someone had slapped me up side the head ........ I have several blown disks and fractured vertebrae. I uses a TENS box and alternate hot and cold gel packs and benefit greatly from them. If you think you can or think you cannot either way you are right.
I use my PAP machine nightly and I feel great!
