Your pressures going up is caused by your flow limits.  I suggested EPR 3 and I don't think you ever did that.  This is your therapy so do what you think is best but I still suggest the following...

EPR Full time Set to 3
Min 8
max 12
Apnea (80-100%) 10 seconds, Hypopnea (50-80%) 10 seconds, Flow Limits (0-50%) not timed  Cervical Collar - Dealing w DME - Chart Organizing
