Central Apneas and APAP response
#21
RE: Central Apneas and APAP response
Well, I didn't get EPR enabled properly until last night, so here are the results. I seemed to sleep pretty well setting the EPR to 3 until early this morning when I had a flood of what the machine is flagging as CAs. It is interesting to me that the pressure didn't move much during the night. I woke up on my side feeling like I needed more air. I'm trying to give screen shots that show a good progression and will hopefully provide good information. Thanks.

The CA events are numerous at the end of your sleep, but it appears to be more sleep-wake-junk than real CA. I'm still seeing a lot of flow limitation and very erratic breathing that more resembles a transitional sleep state. Try to include a chart of the full-night because in that context, i think you have all of your events concentrated at the very end of the night.
