Sure, that would be more fitting at this point.
I did cover the entire setup with my fleece tube cover and it seems it vented fine anyway. I still get a ton of moisture and strangely my throat was dry so I'm turning the humidifier up a notch.

I don't think I did anything special other than uploading the data and clicking on statistics. If I did turn something on I'm not sure what it was.

Last night I hit 99% spO2. I've never had a reading that high awake or asleep.
Every night continues to be on my lowest flow limitation list.
CAs being recorded now all look like sleep/wake junk.
I have virtually no OSA.
Tidal Volume is now normal.
I/E ratio is greatly improved.
The only remaining concern is my breathing pattern still very much has a periodic breathing look to it at times. I'm not sure what to do about that. I'm already using more dead space than the published medical study. Is it too risky to try one more section of tubing?

With this EERS set up on a Resmed F30 mask and say a 6 inch Corr-a-Flex tubing does the Whisper Swivel II get noisy so close to your ear?

The whisper swivel is definitely noisy. I don't have an F30 so I'm not sure what effect that has. My mask has a tube on it, then I have 24" of tubing, then the swivel, and I covered it with a tube cover. That makes it quite a bit quieter. You can loosely wrap the swivel with a filter to create a diffuser as well.

After taking another look, it seems like most of the waxing/waning is during wake time and what looks like REM sleep (low tidal volume, no movement, steady pulse and O2) so maybe its best to just ignore that.

Doing some digging around and apparently REM sleep breathing isn't controlled much by chemoreceptors reacting to CO2, but instead by the behavioral respiratory control system (like when we're awake). So, this would make sense that EERS wouldn't have much effect on REM sleep breathing.
