The point im trying to make is that one night the machine will increase pressure because of flow limitations but another night it wont increase pressure.
I have wondered in the past if Sleepyhead has not seen what Resmed does and it makes me think that Oscar is missing something as well

What I can see is you have 5 or so Hypopnea, indicating a need for more pressure.
You have some leaks that aren't controlled after the first half of the night, which also is into the large leak category at times Flow limits chart still has too much activity, again indicating more pressure or more pressure differential, and if you're using EPR 3 full time, that's all the differential you get with the AutoSet. It will be helpful to always include the left panel OSCAR data. OSCAR only displays your CPAP data. OSCAR is also much better than sleepyhead, especially since sleepyhead isn't even being updated.
