RE: hwnboy therapy thread
Well, not as good as the night before, but not terrible.  The flow limitations in check, typical Central clusters late, probably SWJ, as I was in and out of sleep around that time.

I think you have optimized at fixed 9 (epap) with EPR 3 full time.  The chart the other night was near perfect.  The one OA may have been a positional thing where you got into a position twisting or kinking your airway with a chin tuck, etc,; but you quickly recovered from it.

RE: hwnboy therapy thread
Hello Everyone,

I’m making steady progress and taking things step by step. This coming Friday will be my 6-month doctor appointment, and I’m hopeful about making a case for a VAuto machine.

Lately, I’ve been having more good days than bad, though I’m still dealing with challenges like flow limitations and central apneas.

Occasionally, I notice a tightening or narrowing in the flow rate graph in Oscar. These episodes don’t last very long, but they do catch my attention. Is Oscar trying to tell me something?

Thank you all for your time, guidance, and support as I navigate this journey.

Great job.

In regards to the flow chart, smooth and steady are good.  Large spikes obviously are not.  The larger the spikes the bigger the flow limitation usually.  There is a numerical graph also in OSCAR that show how high each breath's flow reaches.

Your 3rd chart look almost picture perfect.  Smooth and pretty round tops to the waves.

Hopefully, your Dr. appointment goes well.
