Class Action settlement for Philips recall…
Just yesterday, I received two separate checks (in two separate mailings) of my Settlement payment as a Class Member in the class action lawsuit In re. Philips Recalled CPAP, Bi-Level PAP and Mechanical Ventilator Products Litigation. It included both my Device Payment Award and my Device Return Award.
I had no idea this was coming. The checks totaled $337.38 for my two older System Ones that I had replaced with new Dreamstation 2s.
