Coexistence of software versions on the same pc computer
An appeal to digitally literate members: Run hours on my Lumis 150 VPAP St-A are above 16000 and I got replacement in form of Air Curve 10 ST-A. It turns out that none of programs I was using are capable of reading SD card from this piece of junk- that what it is. If I try newer version on Resscan or Oscar on the same PC I have older versions of those would I: loose ability to read previous SD cards? Loose data from previous useage? Create other problems I do not even suspect might happen. My digital literacy is limited to the point where I had difficulty locating my threads I posted in the past, created multiple logins and just last year with members help managed to have one profile I will be using. Thank you for patient reading of my long winded introduction. Dzidzia

Hi you have the AirCurve 10 ST-A — this model https://www.resmed.com/en-us/ventilation/products/aircurve-10-st-a/ — correct?
I see on the Oscar page that it is fully supported — https://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.ph...d_Machines You should be able to safely upgrade Oscar to the latest version — https://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.ph...stallation — which is 1.4.0. When you upgrade the software (are you using Windows?) all your previous data from your profile should be kept. Also when you read the SD card from the new machine Oscar will recognise the new device and change to it in your profile. If you are really nervous about losing information you could make a backup/copy of the Oscar data directory, this would depend on the type of computer OS you are running (again I would assume it is Windows).

Thank you. This is the model I have. I am running Windows 10. Hopefully ResScan program will also allow me to transfer data as Oscar does. Unfortunatelly my all past Oximetry readings were done on Resmed software which is my prefered medium. It is not as quick as Oscar but graphs I like better on it. Thank you again. Will experiment with both in next few days. Dzidzia
