Still having very high events after starting CPAP

RE: Still having very high events after starting CPAP
O2Ring is good enough.
It monitor SpO2 once every 4 sec / 0.25 Hz.

It is compatible with OSCAR via Viatom data import.

Ok great I’ll have a look into getting an o2 ring

What is phantom exactly?

Also thanks for the tip Gideon! I’ve set it at 7.4 with EPR at 1 and woke up without a headache!! Much appreciated

I think I will have to save all
My Pennies for an ASV is there any particular model that stands out?

I just honestly can’t see myself being off pain medication as I’m on a lot of diffrent things just to be able to work

We see greater success with ResMed AirCurve 10 ASV. The PR machine is under recall so there really isn't any other choice.

Do post a nightly screenshot.

I am guessing phantom is autocorrect for Viatom

In the OSCAR menus go to Data > Import Viatom Data

OSCAR 1.1.0 supports the Wellue (Viatom) pulse oximeters listed below. Viatom devices are distributed in the US by Wellue (and Lookee?), and may have different names than their international equivalents.
Wellue SleepU
Wellue O2Ring
Probably Lookee Wrist and Ring sleep monitors (untested)

Also look at the other forum thread where I posted the difference in model names for AU.
There is also AU pricing info from another forum member.

Note: I went back and looked for the word, "phantom". It must have been edited out. It is now a non-issue.

It is great to have found even a little shift toward positive sleep experience.  Waking up without a headache is enormous.  Hopefully that also helps in daytime performance levels.

If desaturation is happening at night, and CAs of seconds long occur, would this also be something happening during the day?  Does being awake make those CAs go away?  How is the blood oxygen levels while awake?

also, did Gideon suggest that you move the pressure up by steps to determine when the headaches go away, or when the headaches seem more intense?  did you change to higher EPR to check it out?
