Any good home/DIY device for tracking breathing effort?

Any good home/DIY device for tracking breathing effort?
Between and oximeter, cpap data, and some sort of EEG like Dreem, we can almost have complete sleep study data. What is missing? Breathing effort.

Anyone aware of good consumer or DIY device for this?

As a side question: are there any after-market home sleep tests with software that can access the data?
